Natascha Kunath

Natascha Kunath is a Managing Director at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt and leads the Change Communications & Management division. She is an expert in implementing communication programmes and change management in transformation processes during phases of growth and restructuring. Her consulting focus includes internal communication, change management, and HR communication.

Previously, she worked for the communications and innovation consultancy, K12. She also worked at the headquarters of the MDAX international industrial and technology company, Thyssen Krupp, where she was responsible for the change management of an international transformation and growth programme in the Industrial Solutions division. During her time there, she also built up the Thyssen Krupp Change Academy, a company-wide network of change managers.
