Andreas Martin

Andreas advises companies in transformation and special situations, with a focus on the communications aspects of performance improvement programs and reorganizations, M&A transactions, IPOs, shareholder defense, crises, and litigation. In addition, he supports organizations ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX 40 corporations in positioning their businesses, leaders, and brands.

Before joining H/Advisors, he was a principal at Roland Berger, where he managed communications in transformation projects. Prior to that, he headed Edelman’s Corporate Reputation department in Germany as well as the External Communications department at mg technologies.
