Andreas Martin

Andreas Martin is a member of the management team at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt and serves as Managing Director. He also serves as Managing Partner of the firm’s sister company, H/Advisors Gauly. He advises companies in transformation and special situations, with a focus on the communications aspects of performance improvement programs and reorganizations, M&A transactions, IPOs, shareholder defense, crises, and litigation. In addition, he supports organizations ranging from mid-sized companies to DAX 40 corporations in positioning their businesses, leaders, and brands.

Before joining H/Advisors, Andreas was a Principal at Roland Berger, where he advised on communications in transformation projects. Prior to that, he led Edelman’s Corporate Reputation practice in Germany and headed External Communications at mg technologies.  Andreas holds a degree in Economics and is a graduate of the Cologne School of Journalism.
