We foster knowledge transfer and local market expertise through close collaboration across our global network of consultants. This gives our clients access to diverse perspectives, in-depth insights and tailor-made consulting solutions. We are convinced that broadening horizons creates new scope for effective communication and consulting. That is why H/Advisors promotes international exchange right from the start. Every year, a group of younger colleagues is given the opportunity to work at another H/Advisors office for four weeks. After completing the H/Advisors Exchange Programme, they deepen their collaboration through the H/Advisors Exchange Community.
The H/Advisors Exchange Programme promotes collaboration
Since 2022, the Exchange Programme has enabled colleagues to experience new markets firsthand. Colleagues from H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt have already been to London, Brussels, Vienna, Toronto, Stockholm and various other locations.
The objective is to get to know local ways of working, meet new colleagues, and gain insights into client projects and market-specific requirements. The latest exchange session, which took place in autumn 2025, brought colleagues from all corners of the world to Paris, Madrid, Stockholm, London, Washington, Sydney, Singapore, Washington and Berlin, among other places.
The H/Advisors Exchange Programme gives talented professionals early exposure to H/Advisors’ broad consulting expertise and helps them build valuable connections with colleagues worldwide. In doing so, we build bridges between our markets and continuously gain new perspectives and ideas that we incorporate into our local client work.
The H/Advisors Exchange Community strengthens global networking
To deepen the connections made during the Exchange Programme after participants return and to continue growing together as H/Advisors across all consulting levels, we launched the H/Advisors Exchange Community. Here, colleagues remain in close contact across markets and projects, sharing best practices, market insights and ideas.
What began as an idea in late 2024 has grown into a vibrant community of 50 colleagues worldwide. Here, international collaboration becomes second nature, and the benefits of the Exchange Programme continue long after the experience ends.
Strategic added value through global consulting teams
Global cooperation at H/Advisors, however, goes far beyond our Exchange Programme and the Exchange Community. It is firmly anchored in our everyday consulting work, as we combine the expertise of our German consultants with the strength of our international network through tailor-made, cross-market project teams – thereby creating real added value for our clients.
This approach, like the Exchange Community itself, is part of our culture and an expression of our commitment to being ‘global experts with local knowledge’. For young colleagues in particular, this means gaining in-depth insights into the consulting work of another market through the Exchange Programme and the Exchange Community. For clients it means access to international strategic thinking paired with local know-how and Havas’ global media expertise – deploy where it matters most: in their markets.
